Dental Implants

On average, bridges and/or dentures need to be replaced every 7 to 15 years,
placed dental implants have an overall success rate of 95 percent
and this offers very long-lasting solutions for missing teeth.

Implants are one of the methods developed to replace teeth lost due to chewing, taste, speech, pain and appearance. Today, it is accepted as the treatment standard to eliminate tooth deficiencies. It is successfully applied in cases of single or multiple missing teeth and complete edentulism.

Dental implant treatments mean that these patients can have teeth that feel like their own again and their quality of life is preserved. Basically, implants are artificial tooth roots made of titanium, a tissue-compatible material, which are placed in the jawbone. It is the closest form of treatment to the ideal for individuals with single tooth deficiency, multiple tooth deficiencies and no teeth at all.

All on 4 Treatment Concept

It is a special form of treatment that can only be successfully applied by maxillofacial surgery specialists, allowing fixed prosthesis in people with insufficient bone in the posterior regions of the lower or upper jaws. In a completely toothless jaw, only 4 implants are sufficient with this technique to replace lost teeth with fixed dental treatment. Whether under local anesthesia or general anesthesia, in the same session, if the patient has teeth to be extracted, they are extracted and implants are placed. The prepared temporary prostheses are fixed to the implants in the same session and the treatment is completed in one day. After 3-6 months, the patient's permanent fixed prostheses are applied..

Zygomatic Implants

It is an implant system made into the bone we call cheekbone (zygomatic) bone in patients who cannot be implanted in the upper jaw. While the lengths of normal implants are between 8-16 mm, zygomatic implants are 30-50 mm long. Cheekbones are the bones that provide sufficient strength for implant application and fixed prosthetic teeth can be made for patients using these long special implants. It is a technique that requires more knowledge, skill and experience than normal implant applications and can be applied with general anesthesia.
